We are glad to join this community of winter swimming.
We swim at Humber Bay Park in Etobicoke since 1997. Every Sunday at the noon.
We don’t write the manuals of winter swimming. We don’t tell the stoires “How I dip into the cold water”.
We just do it. We practice. It’s not once year dip, it’s the life style.

These are from the 2006/2007 season:
And this video is from the very first time we jumped in — so briefly — in December 2006. I think we stayed in for at most two or three minutes that time, not sure to expect… Within the week all of us were swimming for ten or fifteen minutes in the cold.
