   After learning about Porfiry Ivanov I got inspired to condition myself to cold. I have done it in my childhood after sauna. Now I am doing it every day after having shower – I really love it!

   Are you in Calgary?

   In my opinion to take the cold shower is harder than to swim in winter natural water. Are you agree?
